AIA Group Limited faced a challenge in maintaining consistent sustainability communications across its regional offices. It wanted to engage stakeholders more effectively with its ESG initiatives. Having previously partnered with our Asia Pacific team and global CEO advisory Teneo on its sustainability report, the company again sought our help for a strategic collaboration.
Building on the creative framework the team developed for the company in the first year, our primary task was to develop a comprehensive communications toolkit to support AIA’s ESG champion in effectively promoting sustainability within the company.
The narrative of the toolkit focused on sustaining healthier, longer and better lives through compelling imagery and a sophisticated design aesthetic. We also developed detailed guidelines, posters, email signatures and microsite designs, all mirroring the design and theme of the sustainability report we’d developed the previous year.
Our collaboration with AIA has helped the company articulate and communicate its sustainability story to stakeholders. The consistent narrative across the report and the communications toolkit has provided a clear framework, ensuring stakeholders can systematically engage with the company’s environmental, social and governance initiatives across the region.
This approach has not only streamlined communications but has also deepened stakeholder understanding and commitment to AIA’s sustainability journey across the Asia-Pacific region.
