Black Sun clients have been shortlisted by The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland Awards for Nominated and Non-Nominated awards in various reporting and disclosure categories. Two clients also took home awards on the night in both Nominated and Non-Nominated reporting and disclosure categories.

The Chartered Institute Awards are an opportunity to recognise and celebrate innovative projects and reports from across the governance community.

This award recognises strategic reports which have best delivered on the objective to give a fair review of the company’s business, together with a description of the principal risks it faces.

This category recognises high quality reporting on the business’ efforts to engage with stakeholders. Strong reports in this category will go beyond the usual boilerplate disclosure on mechanisms used to secure employee feedback.

This category recognises company secretarial and governance teams who have demonstrated excellent collaboration; who have brought out the best from team members and developed effective and innovative ways of working.
